Are the Israelites (God’s Chosen People) done away with?

Time after time people come up to me and ask me what my Faith is. Upon telling them they almost automatically say, “I never heard of your Faith”, which is Hebrew Israelite by the way, or I get “I thought that the Israelites were lost or done away with.” Now, according to the Holy Bible the Israelites are far from done away with and the name of Israel is throughout the Bible from the book of Genesis to the book of Revelation. So why do so many people think this way? Well in 2 Corinthians 4:4 it states, “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.” Who is the god of this world? Satan. And he has blinded a lot of our people to the Truth of the Bible. The Truth of the Bible is that God’s chosen people have always been the Nation of Israel, also known as the Israelites. Now, let’s mightily convince you with the word of God who God’s chosen people are.

In 1 Chronicles 17:21 it states, “And what one nation in the earth is like thy people Israel, whom God went to redeem to be his own people, to make thee a name of greatness and terribleness, by driving out nations from before thy people, whom thou hast redeemed out of Egypt?” Exodus 4:22 states, and thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn.” Romans 9:1-4 states, I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost, verse 2, That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart. Verse 3, For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh: verse 4, Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises;
verse 5, Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen. Romans 10:1 states, Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. Romans 11:1 states, I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. Now why is it that our people act like they still don’t know who the Israelites are or still believe that the Israelites are done away with? When Jesus Christ saw an Israelite who was living a righteous life he was quick to recognize that brother (see John 1:47 – Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and saith of him, Behold an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile!)

So the next time you act like you don’t know whom the Israelites are let me just remind you who were/are Israelites: Jesus Christ was an Israelite! Abraham was an Israelite! Isaac was an Israelite. Jacob was an Israelite! King David was an Israelite! King Solomon was an Israelite! Moses was an Israelite! The Prophets Elijah, Elisha, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, Hosea and all the great Prophets of the Bible were Israelites! Peter, Paul and all the Holy Apostles were Israelites! Who am I, am an Israelite!
